Having previously refit their shop in Buckhaven, RT Stuarts contracted us again to design a new layout for their shop in Lundin Links.
Our brief was to replicate the food concept & aesthetic which had proved so effective at the previous shop.
In 4 weeks we were able to transform all aspects of the shop, with nothing of the old shop left behind.
We changed the orientation of the shop to better make use of the space, & with a new aluminium shopfront we reduced to a single entry/exit to allow a better customer flow & reduce cluster points.
We partnered with Verde Group to design & install remote & integral refrigeration systems which minimalised energy consumption whilst maximising visual impact.

- Removal of all existing fixtures & fittings including
stud walls & decommissioning refrigeration systems.
- New aluminium shopfront.
- New retail & preparation flooring.
- New suspended ceiling system.
- New track lighting & task lighting systems.
- New cooking extraction system.
- Ambient retail furniture.
- New stud walls throughout.
- Construction of rear preparation counters.
- All aesthetic fixtures & fittings including two walls clad
with brick slips & composite cladding to the front of the
refrigeration counter run.
